The Temple of Fine Arts is taking
Just A Moment to bring out
the music in you!

Take a moment to take a fun trip
down musical memory lane & beyond...
featuring
Rodgers & Hammerstein, George Gershwin,
Henry Mancini, Scott Joplin & Alan Haughton
and favourites such as Do Re Mi, Sound of Music,
I Got Rhythm, Pink Panther, Maple Leaf Rag,
Jazz Three and Alligator Crawl and lots more
with a cast of pianists, singers, dancers and
a solo clarinetist!

A couple of years ago, our Soul Variations brought out classical
music through the ages with verve and some style. This year,
we are singing out loud and playing it right
as the Western music section takes you down the memory lane
of musicals and into some jazzy stuff. Just a Moment
is a musical experience of nostalgia that will get you singing
along and tapping your feet for sure.

Music director Sharmini Kanagandram and her colleagues
Cecilia Loraine Manuel and Lucy Pereira have decided to round up
a few hidden talents among their fold to ring in the sweet sounds
of music, pianissimo and con brio, to your ears, and with a bit of
luck, you will get some pizzazz back in them bones!

It is music you know and music you never knew you knew.
It’s an evening to remember, and it will only take Just A Moment!
